Two planning matters are of current concern to residents of Winchfield Court. One is the proposed offer for sale of the land north of Winchfield Court with the potential for the building of at least one house on the site. The other is Hart District Council’s persistence in envisaging a new settlement, Shapley Heath, west and north of Winchfield.
