Hart District Council (HDC) have long had the intention to build a large settlement on land close to Winchfield Court. The proposal was included in the Hart District Plan but has since been removed on the inspector’s recommendation. HDC are nevertheless pursuing their plan with a grant from central government enabling them to do so.
